Graduates

Transferring the knowledge gained as part of your degree into the workplace can be difficult. We support new graduates to become the best clinicians they can be through our clinical mentorship program.

As a new graduate, a Senior Clinician will be assigned as your mentor to assist you throughout your training, providing supervision and support. Every new graduate will have regular formal and informal learning and development opportunities throughout their journey with Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation.

This mentoring program is fundamentally designed to support you in evolving your clinical knowledge and skills, and the relationship will form a key pillar of your ongoing education throughout your career with us.

We have structured internal workshops, seminars, newsletters, and podcasts to meet your needs, which also count towards CPD points.  We know the industry is ever-changing and we are always keeping up to date with new research and evidence to be the best in what we do.

We work in a billable environment, meaning you have a target number of hours you need to bill for each day/week. For new graduates, we take things slow. Your caseload will build up over the first 8-10 weeks, with most clinicians managing a full billable caseload in 12 weeks.
