Working with clients to empower them to achieve their goals no matter how big or small. I believe that using exercise, education, pain management techniques and evidenced based practice, we can work with clients, their support network and other health professionals to provide holistic care. I am also passionate about driving change in Physiotherapy and I am currently completing my Masters of Infection, Prevention and Control to better understand how we can improve our infection control practices for our clients.

After hours, I love to...

Go camping with my family, sew clothing, purses and bags, as well as enjoy my newly found passion for stand up paddleboarding.
