Everything and anything to do with exercise from musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic pain management to holistic well-being and mental health. The ability to educate and utilise exercise as a medium in which to assist clients who have been impacted by their health, particularly within the mental health space. I am currently completing my Masters of Mental Health due to my developing passions within working in this field!
