My biggest career highlight...

Working in a previous role that involved exceptional organisation of a high volume of applications where I had to work efficiently and make sure to not get too overwhelmed. The most important part of this work was being proactive, I implemented a file management system to streamline the bulk of documents so that the files could be easily accessed when needed.
