My biggest career highlight...

I've been very fortunate to have been part of some fantastic teams in the UK and Australia, and worked on several exciting M&A projects, but probably my proudest moment was transitioning into my first CEO role, after 5 years as CFO.

Favourite leadership figure...

I think leaders are found in all kinds of settings and I admire many across politics, sport, literature, business, family and the community in general, though I believe the best leaders inspire confidence in their teams, whilst leading with sincerity and empathy, so for that reason I still look to the examples set by my parents.
